President Obama has delayed his trip to Indonesia because he wants to be in Washington on Saturday, March 20 because it appears that the House will finally have a vote on the Senate's health care bill. Will it finally happen? Will the bill pass? What do you think?
I think it finally will happen. It doesn't have the public option, but it has a lot of good stuff in it for Americans.
ReplyDeleteI am disgusted with those Democrats who are holding up passage of the health care insurance reform bill. They should vote what is best for the country and not what they think will protect their political career. And don't waste one more minute trying to get Republican cooperation.
ReplyDeleteIt seems like we are paying too much attention to the public opinion polls and not focusing on what is best for the American people.
ReplyDeletePass the damn bill already and let's move on.
ReplyDeleteWhat democrats have to realize is that this is not a healthcare issue anymore. It is too late for that. This is war; the far right fundamentalists want to label president Obama as a cripple democrat; ineffective, elitist and out of touch with “main stream America”. Tomorrow’s vote is critical and I am amaze when I listen to some professional politicians –democrats!- than don’t get it. The Republican Party is not a center right party anymore. They want to hurt Obama even, if as a “collateral damage”, they hurt and bound this country.
