Your Neglected Concern?

Tired of hearing about the BP oil spill? Do you feel that all of this attention on the spill has taken attention away from one or more of your national concerns? If so, what are your neglected national concerns?

  1. We just passed 1,000 soldiers dead in Afghanistan and this is now the longest war in U.S. history. And there is no end in sight. The government in Afghanistan is corrupt and not getting better. We should get out and protect our safety with Predator drones like we are doing in Pakistan.

  2. I am trying to think what would be at the top of the news if the BP oil spill hadn't happened.

Would it be the high unemployment? The Supreme Court nominee? The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan? The US soccer team being robbed of a goal? I'm not sure.

  3. I thought that replacing General McKlystal was a good thing because it brought some focus back on the war in Afghanistan and a discussion as to why we are there. If Obama was a true statesman, he would pull our troops out of this land where "empires go to die."

  4. Finding a US Senator or Member of the US House who has the guts to submit a bill to repeal and cancel NAFTA and initiate Legislation that would prohibit credit card companies from charging more than 6% of the average bank money market intrest rate on savings accounts.

  5. Thanks for your post. I will definitely be using these ideas and pondering more and more about what I am really doing right with the use of my YouTube video channel dedicated to some of the concerns you have mentioned. I'm also considering the actual way it would be if I launched a blog discussing a number of the same issues you've dealt with here. Thank you for showing me something so obvious. I used to be blinded from it. Your post has really made an impact on the way I think about my own work and ideas too. click here to know more about clipping path.
